The NYC Capital Access Loan program provides micro and small business owners and lenders a streamlined method to obtain up to a 40 percent guarantee for qualified loans and lines of credit up to $250,000.

You can get financing if you are a retailer, manufacturer, wholesaler, non-profit organization, contractor, or distributor.Your organization must be located in New York City and employ 100 or fewer employees.

You can get an application from participating lenders. The lender will review your application and determine eligibility for a Capital Access guarantee.
