New York City Medical Reserve Corps

The Medical Reserve Corps is a program to assist the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene during emergencies.

Health professionals, such as doctors and nurses, may register with this program and volunteer to address public health needs during emergencies such as smallpox outbreaks, a flu epidemic, or a hazardous materials spill.
