Due to COVID-19 precautions, the Passenger Service Office in the St. George Terminal waiting room is closed until further notice. Lost and Found item pickup is by appointment only. When reporting a lost or found item, please be sure to leave a full name, telephone number, and email address and a Passenger Service Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment.
You can report something you lost or found on the Staten Island Ferry or in the terminal.

Visit the Lost and Found Office in the St. George Terminal's waiting room, at 1 Bay Street, Staten Island, next to the NYPD Police Room. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
